How to stop calls and texts
Reply STOP to any text message, or email hello@roofershotline.com with the phone number and the email address you used when you called or sent a request. Either one revokes the consent you gave. You can also revoke consent by telling the contractor who calls you, by telling us on a call, or by any other reasonable means; you do not have to use a particular form of words.
What happens next
Your phone number and email address are added to our suppression list within 10 business days, and the request is passed to our call-routing partners and to any contractor your request was already forwarded to, who must stop as well. Calls and texts already in progress on the day you ask may still arrive; after that they stop. The suppression list is kept indefinitely so the request keeps working.
Your consent and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
When you submit the quote form you give express written consent, as the form states, for Roofers Hotline, our call-routing partners and up to four roofing contractors serving your ZIP code to call and text you, including with automated dialing systems and prerecorded, artificial or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, message and data rates may apply, and you can revoke it at any time through this page. Revoking consent does not cancel a roofing job you have already agreed to in writing with a contractor; it stops marketing calls and texts about your request.
If you call again
If you call the number again after opting out, that call is a new request, and a roofer serving your ZIP code may call you back about it.
Access and deletion
To see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, email the same address from the address you used or give the phone number you used. The privacy policy lists the state rights and response times.
