What you get
Homeowner calls and quote requests from the ZIP codes you cover, delivered to your phone. Calls come through our call-tracking partner's tracking numbers and are recorded; quote requests arrive as leads through our call-routing partners' buyer program. You pay per qualified call or per request through our call-routing partners, and there is no listing fee. Our call-routing partners screen calls for service area and need before they reach you, so the person on the line is a homeowner in your area with a roof problem.
Where the homeowners come from
Every call starts on a page about the homeowner's own town or metro area, built from NOAA storm records, FEMA hazard ratings, Census housing data and the state licensing rule, so the homeowner has usually already read what their roof has been through and what the service promises. Quote requests carry the homeowner's ZIP code, the service they asked for, their timing and their notes. They expect a callback from a local number, usually within one business day, a written estimate before any work and straight talk on deductibles, and the call goes better when you expect that too.
The service standards you agree to
Receiving calls means keeping the promises on our standards on every job: a written estimate before any work starts, deductibles never waived or rebated, a callback from a local number, usually within one business day, inspection photos the homeowner can see, no pressure selling, and a reply to any complaint we pass on. Licensing where your state requires it and liability insurance are conditions of joining, and you remain responsible for your own licensing, insurance, estimates and work; Roofers Hotline does not supervise or warrant it.
What is not allowed
Offering to pay, waive, rebate or absorb an insurance deductible, in any state. Sign-today pricing, prices that expire when you leave, and door-to-door follow-ups after a visit. Starting work on a verbal number. Describing yourself as Roofers Hotline staff; say who you are and that the homeowner's call reached you through Roofers Hotline. Calling or texting a homeowner after they have revoked consent, which they can do by replying STOP or through the do not contact page. Any of these ends the relationship and, where the law requires, is reported to the state board.
Complaints
When a homeowner reports that a promise was not kept, we pass it to you with the date and ZIP code and expect a reply with what was done. Keep the inspection photos and the written estimate for each job; they are the first things we ask for when a complaint arrives. Repeated complaints end the relationship. Licensing complaints go to the state board, listed under each state.
How to apply
Email hello@roofershotline.com with your business name, the ZIP codes you cover, your license number where your state requires one, and a certificate of insurance. Onboarding runs through our call-routing partners' buyer channel, which sets the call and request pricing for your area. The contractor list changes as roofers join and leave.
